Government of Andhra Pradesh, an IT focussed state of India, signs MoU with Etisbew to set up a development center in Visakhapatnam.     The Andhra Pradesh government will develop Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Tirupati and Kakinada as tier-II locations in the state for setting up information and communication technology (ICT) companies in order to promote IT as a tool for socio-economic development and generate employment on a large scale. Managing Director of Etisbew, Mr. M Bharath Reddy signed MoU to set up development center in Visakhapatnam with State IT department in presence of chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy on Tuesday, 14th June 2005 at Hyderabad, India.
