Etisbew is certified as ISO 9001: 2000 company certified by NQA, UK, according to Mr Bharath Reddy, Chief Operating Officer.

The certificate was received by Mr. Bharath Reddy from Mr. Sambashiva Rao Choda, QMS 2000 Principal Auditor, IRCA, UK.

In order to achieve the ISO standards, the managers and staff of Etisbew were thoroughly trained by experts from the NQA, UK for over a period of NINE months in various aspects of quality management, Mr Bharath Reddy said. As a result of the professional training imparted to the staff of Etisbew, the systems have been upgraded and there has been a visible and significant improvement in the quality of services rendered by Etisbew to its clients who are spread across 16 countries, he averred.

The audit for ISO certification was done by the NQA, UK. “The improvement in quality of services is an ongoing process and the Etisbew is committed to continual improvement of its services. With the achievement of this certification, we are more ready than ever before to provide quality services to our clients at various levels to deliver international quality software solutions” Mr Bharath Reddy stressed.
